EMDR Session: 90 Mins

This online 90 minute (maximum) session is held after talk therapy sessions, where I will understand the blocks to your growth. Together, we will target your past pains that are keeping you stuck to remove the emotional responses that keep occurring. Remarkable change can occur during these sessions, and at times, 1 session is enough, but we also may need to have multiple sessions to full process the past.

Extended Sesssion: 90 Min - 2 Hours

This virtual session will be for those who want to dive in with less pressure of the clock. Many times, 50 minutes just isn’t enough, and this extra time allows for each person to take the space they need without feeling overwhelmed by information. This is one of the most popular options.
